IT Engineer

IT Engineer - £45,000 + Hybrid Working

We're working with a successful business who are looking to add an IT Engineer to their team. This role offers the chance to take real ownership of IT systems and infrastructure, working across support, reporting, upgrades, and long-term technology planning.

The Role

• Support and maintain business IT systems, including Microsoft 365.
• Write SQL queries in Access and to deliver business reporting.
• Install and configure software on laptops/desktops.
• Maintain software licences and ensure compliance.
• Help shape the technology roadmap, including upgrading/replacing legacy systems.
• Provide support for specialist software

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Senior IT support/IT engineer roles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on SQL and Access reporting skills
• Understanding of software licensing.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
