Are you interested in using your development and support knowledge and skills in a diverse Product Engineering function? Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a desire to be part of team delivering high-quality IT services to support a range of business-critical systems?

As we embark on an ambitious Digital Transformation, we are investing in our IT Service, which is key to developing our learning and research capability as we strive to collaborate across the globe, attacking global issues.
The role will provide support and service delivery for timetable, GRAD and Banner student record systems.
Although you do not necessarily need experience in the Banner, GRAD or timetable systems, you will have strong customer service experience, experience or an interest in developing SQL skills, and a willingness to learn these systems.
Your excellent communication skills will be utilised when working with a wide range of IT colleagues and users. You will be part of a team delivering support for services that underpin a range of business-critical activities.
You will have a passion for education supporting services and be keen to continually develop, learn new skills and services and expand your knowledge in an ever-changing technology landscape.
In a dynamic and intricate environment, your role as IT Engineer will encompass effective communication and consultation with stakeholders. You will document your work according to standard operating procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, IT standards, and regulatory compliance.
