IT Demand & Workforce Planning Lead

Working closely with Business Technology Leads, IT Strategy, the IT Portfolio Management Office and the wider IT Leadership Team, you will translate demand insights into meaningful workforce and investment decisions. Your oversight of tooling, performance metrics and reporting will provide transparent, data-driven intelligence that supports cost optimisation, resource planning/prioritisation and strategic forecasting.

This role is as much about influence as it is about process. You will drive cross-functional alignment, elevate capability maturity and embed disciplined, forward-looking workforce planning practices that ensure technology can deliver against evolving organisational priorities.

We are seeking a leader with deep expertise in demand management and strategic workforce planning, strong analytical capability, and the confidence to operate at senior level in a complex, multi-team environment.
