IT Cutover Lead

Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for delivering seamless transitions? We're looking for a experienced IT Cutover Event Lead to join our financial services client. It is essential you have experience of core banking platform migration (ideally current account or credit cards) as payments experience is essential.

As part of our client's Transformation Programme, they're undertaking a major migration event that requires meticulous planning, execution, and coordination.

As the IT Cutover Event Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, design, and execution of the Technology workstream's responsibilities. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a smooth, safe, and resilient transition for their customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Significant experience delivering/leading complex IT migration/cutover/go-live events in the Financial Services Sector
• Proficiency in planning tools, issue tracking, and collaboration platforms
• Strong organisational and facilitation skills; comfortable running cutover rehearsals and high-pressure events
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical, business, and 3rd party supplier teams
• Experience of migrating current account/credit card platforms as payments experience is highly desirable
• Experience of working with System Integrators Teams based on and offshore
• Deep understanding of planning and executing system and service transitions
• Experience of leading on the establishing of a post migration event Hypercare process
• Familiarity with ITIL service transition, service introduction or similar frameworks
