Job Description: "This is a great opportunity to join a small but perfectly formed and friendly team who provide focused 1st and 2nd line support to some of the most vibrant and energised components of the company.
Backed by multiple specialist technical and project teams within the company, the Local Technology Support team provide point-of-delivery support to several key entities.
You will have strong PC and Mac support experience and be familiar with working in a busy IT support environment. As well as supporting end user devices, you will assist users with audio-visual equipment, managing IT assets and provisioning new IT assets for users.
The team is quite small, so the role involves a fair bit of hands-on activity, including tasks like moving equipment, getting under desks for cable management, and general physical work.
Above all else, excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role.
