In this context, we wish to strengthen our cross-functional Release Management team by seeking an IT (m/f/x) to manage non-productive environments necessary for digital projects. These non-productive environments are used by testing teams to assess the quality of solutions before deployment. The role involves working with projects to understand their needs and, on the other hand, with technical teams to ensure the availability of these environments.Your missions include:- Ensuring the availability, performance, and stability of environments within various digital projects.- Coordinating the demand for testing and pre-production environments among different departments of the company (projects, maintenance).- Monitoring and managing environments: Tracking environments and identifying bottlenecks, conflicts, and needs; implementing processes to maximize efficiency and limit issues; ensuring environments comply with security, compliance, and company technical standards.- Supporting delivery: Collaborating with development, testing, and production teams to ensure that environments meet project requirements. Actively participating in project follow-up meetings to identify environment needs and manage changes.- Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with PMO teams, project managers, and IT leaders to ensure smooth environment management. Anticipating environment needs for future projects.You will also:- Propose and implement tools, processes, and standards for effective environment management.- Contribute to the definition and improvement of best practices in environment management within the department.Requirements:- Higher education degree (HES, Bachelor/Master EPFL).- Junior level with 1-2 years of professional experience minimum.- Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).- Knowledge of DevOps practices.- Willingness and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.- Excellent communication skills: Fluent in French / Minimum English proficiency.Additionally, you have the ability to understand both short-term and long-term perspectives.
