IT Change & Configuration Manager - CMDB Focus

Role: We are looking for an IT Change & CMDB Manager to join our banking teams in Geneva. This hybrid position is primarily focused on Management (CMDB), with a backup role in Change Management. The holder ensures the reliability of the CMDB and supports ITIL processes in a regulated banking environment.Responsibilities:- Maintain and ensure the quality of the CMDB (accuracy, completeness, compliance).- Audit and reconcile the data and life cycle management.- Define and apply management policies and standards.- Provide necessary data for audits, reporting, and compliance requirements.- Ensure the CMDB is aligned with IT tools (ITSM, cloud, network, endpoints, monitoring).- Collaborate with Change, Incident, and Problem Management teams (CAB, impact analysis).- Produce reports and dashboards and support IT teams on the management and accountability of their activities.Requirements:- Minimum 6 years of experience in Change and IT Management, ideally in a regulated environment (knowledge of ITIL processes is appreciated).- Proven experience with CMDB tools (ServiceNow, BMC, EasyVista, or equivalent).- Good understanding of on-premises and cloud environments.- Sensitivity to security, compliance, and audit issues.- Excellent analytical skills, fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. jidb18b35eaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
