IT Business Support Specialist

We are looking for a Business Support Specialist who will work with our business support team, specifically supporting our core business systems.

This role will include some coding, utilization, and understanding of AI best practices. However, the core responsibility will be supporting the wider business with Business Central queries and tickets.

Must-haves:

• Experience in coding and working with AI, whether through a degree (BSc, MSc), previous employment, or personal projects.
• Experience with Visual Studio, GitHub, and DevOps.
• Ability to create easy-to-read and understand documentation.
• Ability to explain complex issues in an easy-to-understand way.
• Ability to work within a team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Business Central 2.6 in a development or support role.
• Any Microsoft or coding certifications or equivalents.
• 2+ years in IT support or business support roles.

Relevant certification and training will be provided to successful candidates.
