Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into IT solutions.
• Develop and maintain IT road-maps aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead technology change initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor on IT investments, governance, and risk management.
• Monitor emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or similar strategic IT role.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior level.
• Solid understanding of IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation.
• Experience managing complex projects and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
