IT Business Analyst

We are looking for an Business Analyst with experience ofretail in an 'bricks and mortar' environment. This role sits within our IT teamand is based here at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool L24 and reportsinto our Solutions Delivery Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Collating requirementsfrom multiple points around the business, documenting and communicatingthese reliably and accurately to the wider team including directcommunication with developers
• Being the key colleague inscoping, assessing, and prioritising projects and components for largescale, high impact development projects
• Presenting projectwork to the wider team for development, and seeing these projectsthrough to completion, providing additional support as required
• Playing a key role in thecoordination and successful execution of user acceptance testing androllout of changes

A bit about you:

• We are seeking afocused, engaging and methodical Business Analyst with first-ratecommunication skills
• Business Analyst bytitle and definition and preferably already having worked in a retailenvironment but equally fast-paced environments if not.
• You will have worked inmulti-disciplined teams that are a mix of business, delivery and technicalroles
• Practical experience ofworking with a variety of methodologies
• The ability to workwithin a multifaceted and changing environment where priorities andactivities will be changing is vital.
• You will be able torespond energetically and proactively to drive change at a fast pace tohelp deliver the business strategy
• Approachable, engagingand able to influence with rationale based on fact and not afraid toquestion and challenge
