Job Description

Bapon IT Services is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with extensive experience in integration technologies, particularly in cloud-native environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, coupled with hands-on experience in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, and other related technologies. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and ensure successful integration of systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, focusing on integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that requirements are understood and effectively implemented.

Integration Planning and Design:

  • Lead the planning and design of integration solutions using cloud-native platforms, MuleSoft, Boomi, and similar tools.
  • Develop integration strategies that align with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Ensure that integration designs are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain technical concepts and project status.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment on integration objectives and deliverables.

Project Execution and Coordination:

  • Oversee the implementation of integration solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure that integration solutions are properly tested and deployed.
  • Monitor the progress of integration projects, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including requirements, design specifications, and user guides.
  • Ensure that integration solutions comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in integration processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in integration technologies, cloud-native solutions, and business analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of integration standards and best practices within the organization.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other integration tools and platforms such as TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or IBM Integration Bus.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of data migration and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focusing on integration projects.
  • Certification in MuleSoft, Boomi, or other relevant integration platforms is a plus.

Requirements Primary Skills:

  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Cloud and API Management:

  • Experience with API management, microservices architecture, and RESTful services.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based integration patterns and technologies.

Project Management:

  • Experience in leading and coordinating integration projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focusing on integration projects.
  • Certification in MuleSoft, Boomi, or other relevant integration platforms is a plus.
