Role: IT Architecture Manager
Location: Poland or England or Netherlands

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT architecture leader to help shape the digital future of a global organisation. This role sits within a commercial IT and digital function, working across multiple product teams to define architectural strategies that enable innovative, secure, and scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate architectural strategies and guardrails for product teams.
• Design cross-product target architectures and high-level technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee development of sustainable, robust technical solutions and infrastructures.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and documentation standards.
• Act as a coach and mentor for IT architects and developers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business strategy into tangible technology outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a senior IT or solution architect, ideally in commercial or customer-facing environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern enterprise and cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Optimizely, Azure, SAP, or similar.
• Solid understanding of IT architecture governance, security, and life cycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Leadership experience or a clear aspiration to move into formal leadership.
