IT and Systems Manager

Robert Half has partnered with a prestigious London-based luxury retail firm that is looking to appoint an IT and Systems Manager to join their team. This is a standalone, high-impact role reporting directly into the COO/CFO, offering full ownership of the IT function and the opportunity to shape the technology road map that supports the business's long-term strategy.

In this role, you'll take the lead on project delivery, change management, and the ongoing optimisation and maintenance of core business systems, playing a pivotal role in how technology enables the organisation to thrive.

Role: IT and Systems Manager

• Implementation and maintenance of business systems
• 50% hands on 50% strategic
• Vendor management
• Budget management
• Project management

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + 10% Bonus + 9% pension
Location: London (4 days a week in the office)
