Ireland Country Director: Growth, Strategy & Impact Leader

AstraZeneca Ireland is seeking a Country Director to lead the Ireland business from Dublin, reporting to the WESE Area VP. You will steer strategy, P&L, and external engagement with government and healthcare stakeholders to shape access and delivery of medicines.

You will build a high-performing team of 100, drive growth across four therapeutic areas, and accelerate the AI agenda while ensuring compliance and sustainable value for patients and shareholders.
