Job Description- Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of intellectual property and technology related agreements.
- Advise clients on licensing, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
- Provide counsel on intellectual property rights, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Support transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate deals.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to address complex legal and business challenges.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for technology and IP assets.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and legal developments in IP and technology law.
- Assist in resolving disputes involving intellectual property and technology related issues.
A successful candidate should have:
- A law degree from a recognized institution and bar admission in good standing.
- Proven expertise in intellectual property and technology transactions.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and client service.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $310,000 to $390,000 USD, based on JD year and other relevant factors.
