Job Description

• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of intellectual property and technology related agreements.
• Advise clients on licensing, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
• Provide counsel on intellectual property rights, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Support transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate deals.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to address complex legal and business challenges.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for technology and IP assets.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and legal developments in IP and technology law.
• Assist in resolving disputes involving intellectual property and technology related issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• A law degree from a recognized institution and bar admission in good standing.
• Proven expertise in intellectual property and technology transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and client service.
