Job Description

North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust is seeking an IOH Practitioner on a 0.6wte maternity leave cover for 12 months across Staffordshire. The role involves specialist assessments for adults with complex needs, referrals for treatment, and liaising with criminal justice partners.
