Our client is a leading Property/Real Estate company looking to recruit an Investor Reporting Analyst. Based in London, this is a key role to ensure efficient and accurate reporting.

Our client is a leading Property/Real Estate company looking to recruit an Investor Reporting Analyst. Based in London, this is a key role to ensure efficient and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high quality investor and external reporting
• Ensuring a strong understanding of KPIs and performance trends
• Preparing and presenting financial information to various stakeholders both internally and externally
• Preparing detailed analysis of portfolio performance and investments
• Preparing clear reports for investors
• Reviewing processes and continuous improvement
• Ad hoc duties as required

The candidate:

• Qualified accountant
• Practice trained (Top 10 firm) with a first class academic background
• Strong knowledge of reporting and analysis ideally gained in Real estate
• Commercially aware with hands on modelling experience and advanced financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills with ability to manage various stakeholders
• Advanced IT skills
