Investment Operations Manager

A boutique investment management firm is looking for an Investment Operations Manager to grow their team. This role is based in their London office, with a team of investment professionals.

Duties will include:

• Oversee the effective control of processing, recording and settlements of investments
• Lead strategic relationships with suppliers
• Ensure all trades are captured ensuring timely management of investments
• Lead and support projects impacting day to day activities
• Proactively develop contacts and successful firm wide relationships to enable optimum working collaboration
• Ensure exceptional service to clients and minimise operational risk

The successful candidate will have:

• Middle Office management experience in the investment management industry
• Experience in significant operating model change within a large organisation is preferred
• Experience in detailed, complex analytical work
• Comfortable working closely with an investments team
