Investment Operations Associate

Our client, a leading Investment Management organisation based in the West End, is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role involves managing capital and deal fund flows, monitoring fund performance, supporting portfolio valuation processes, and ensuring strong operational oversight at both the investment and fund levels. You will also play a key role in the implementation and enhancement of the CRM system and other portfolio monitoring tools.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Private Equity, Fund Operations, Valuations, and Capital Flows - essential
• Proven track record with fund administration, capital calls, and distributions - essential
• Strong Excel skills - essential
• Familiarity with iLEVEL, Investran, and CRM systems - advantageous
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) - preferred
