Investment Banking Associate (Technology & Media)

Our client is an independent investment bank with a long track record in mid-market transactions across the Software, Information, Tech-Enabled Services and Digital Media sectors.

As an Associate, you'll have an active role in the execution of sell-side M&A transactions working with a range of client bases, including founders & entrepreneurs, private equity and corporate clients.

Candidates will need to have had prior experience on the execution of live, lead-advisory M&A transactions within the European mid-market. Individuals coming from Audit/Transaction Services backgrounds will unfortunately not be considered.
