Analyst and Associate, Consumer M&A, London

We are now working with a very successful investment banking firm, who are looking for an Analyst and Associate to their European consumer team. This team advises retail and consumer companies on M&A activities.

In the position, you will work closely with clients, assisting them with M&A deals. Day to day, this could involve:

• Origination of deals
• Financial modelling and valuation
• Work on due diligence exercises
• Advise clients on financing of deals
• Work on deal negotiation
• Preparation of deal documents

They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:

• Analysts / Associates with the investment banking teams of other advisors or corporate development professionals
• Excellent deal sheet
• Financial Modelling skills

• Analyst: 1-3 years experience
• Associate: 4 - 6 years experience
