Investment Associate, US Private Credit Fund. London

We are working with one of the top US private credit funds. Their focus is lending capital to firms for liquidity, expansion, acquisition and restructuring. The firm has just raised a large fund and they are now looking to add an Associate to their team.

• Identification and origination of investments for the fund
• Duediligence and analysis of loans and deals
• Regular interaction with management teams of portfolio companies
• Financial modelling and valuations
• Deal structuring and execution
• Monitoring existing investments

We are interested in meeting Associate private debt/credit investment professionals from other funds. The successful candidate will have excellent deal structuring experience and a strong understanding of complicated debt financings. We will also consider an exceptional associate from one of the top bulge bracket banks who might work in our private lending team.
