Investment Analyst- Defined Contribution Graduate

- Support investment consultants in managing a portfolio of clients on a day to day basis - tracking and proactively progressing actions, preparation for Investment Committee and Trustee Meetings.
- Preparation and review of quarterly Aspire (Mercer's flagship DC framework) reports and other Aspire client material; preparation of bespoke reporting for non Aspire, DC clients.
- Involvement in project work as required, e.g. implementing investment related changes for our DC clients.
- Developing knowledge of Mercer's best ideas, investment capabilities and solutions in order to provide high quality advice to clients and communicate effectively with clients.
- Liaising with colleagues across business lines to achieve successful investment outcomes for our clients.
