Our client is looking to recruit an Investment Analyst to strengthen its investment team. The organisation manages diversified portfolios across global public and private markets, including traditional asset classes as well as alternative and illiquid investments.

Description
Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Data & Reporting
- Ensure the accuracy of private investment data, including the review of capital account statements, distribution notices, and alternative investment documentation.
- Maintain and validate client portfolios within the portfolio consolidation system, ensuring data integrity and reliable reporting.
- Support the ongoing development and robustness of the firm's data and portfolio management infrastructure.
Investment Research & Analysis
- Conduct detailed analysis on individual securities, funds, private investments, and client portfolio exposures.
- Monitor macroeconomic themes, market developments, and emerging investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for internal meetings and client discussions.
Due Diligence & Monitoring
- Support due diligence on external fund managers, co-investments, and direct private investments.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including custodians, fund managers, and service providers, to facilitate transactions and resolve operational matters.
Portfolio Management
- Assist with portfolio monitoring, rebalancing, and execution oversight across multiple banks and jurisdictions.
- Track execution quality and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
- Participate in client update calls and contribute to portfolio review discussions.
Profile
Profile & Requirements
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, curiosity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline
- Approximately 3-4 years of experience in investment-related roles (asset management, wealth management, family office, or investment operations)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the capacity to turn complex data into clear insights
- Mastery of Excel; familiarity with analytical tools or automation is welcomed
- Experience with financial information platforms (Bloomberg or similar)
- Knowledge of portfolio reporting or consolidation tools (experience with DAPM is beneficial)
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent command of English; other languages are a plus
- CFA studies or charter strongly appreciated
