This team is a centre of excellence within the greater Legal, Compliance and Risk Management team. The Investigations function drives internal investigations globally within the LEGO Group. Come join a team that is seen as a trusted voice at the heart of the organization.Experience of conducting investigations from start to finish Experience of conducting investigations related to personnel matters including discrimination, harassment and HR related topics and/or white-collar crime investigations is particularly valuableExperience of drafting policies, frameworks, guidance documents A proven track-record of leading others through investigations of various sizes and complexitiesAn ability to work in teams as well as work autonomously Experience of working with senior stakeholdersAn ability to drive any crucial changes following an investigation, including disciplinary actionsExcellent communication skills, written skills and organization skillsExperience of conducting training Children are our role models.
