Investigation Officer - Public Sector Complaints & Reports

Northern Ireland Public Service Ombudsman is seeking capable investigators to work across Maladministration, Own Initiative, and LGES teams in Belfast. The post involves impartial desk-based analysis, investigating complaints about public bodies, and preparing detailed reports in NIPSO's corporate style for decision-makers and the public.

You will contribute to systemic investigations of potential maladministration, and assess conduct complaints against councillors.
