Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Carry out inventory tasks such as stock counting, adjustments, audits, and handling damaged or returned goods to maintain accurate stock records
- Support warehouse operations (Goods In, Despatch, Pick) by investigating discrepancies, resolving errors and providing general operational support
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports to ensure accurate KPI data and high data integrity across the department
- Follow health & safety standards while keeping work areas tidy and working efficiently to meet performance targets and customer service expectations
- Strong communication and numerical skills to confidently manage data, reports, and day-to-day inventory tasks
- Good organisation and problem-solving ability, with ownership of your workload and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- A team-focused approach with the confidence to use your own initiative and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, integrity and maintaining professional standards at all times
