Interview Assessors

About the role:
You'll assess candidates during online assessment days, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This is a fully home-based role. This role is ad hoc, approximately 3 days per week for initial 12 weeks then extensions likely after that.

Key responsibilities:

• Run online assessments including interviews, role plays and tests
• Apply grading criteria accurately and fairly
• Support candidates and colleagues throughout the process
• Keep to schedules and record scores promptly

What we're looking for:

• Experience assessing candidate behaviours and strengths
• Confident in leading live and recorded sessions
• Strong judgement and ability to work objectively
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
