Eligibility Criteria

• Skills: Strong command over English and Hindi (preferred for local court work).

  • Basic understanding of procedural laws (CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act).

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

• Court Attendance: Accompanying counsel to various courts and tribunals in Delhi.

• Research: Preparing research notes and briefing summaries for upcoming hearings.

• Drafting: Assisting in drafting basic petitions, applications, and legal notices.

• File Management: Organizing case files and tracking listing dates.
