Role: Internal Sales Representative

Location: Dublin 12

Salary: €45k

We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Representative for one of our clients in Dublin 12. Responsibilities include selling products and services over the phone or via email. The primary duties include understanding the customers' needs, identifying new sales opportunities and helping the Sales team close sales deals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent the company both by communicating by telephone and in person to gain orders for all company products and services presenting to the customers
• Develop new customers, maintaining close contact with them and existing customers in order to promote further business.
• Achieve budgeted turnover and targets
• Effectively implement sales calls through direct mail, special offers and promotions and cold calling.
• Be responsible for incoming/outgoing telephone calls are being dealt with speedily and effectively with particular emphasis on the handling of hire and sale enquiries.
• Prepare and manage paperwork and reports
• Ensure that all quotations are confirmed in writing and are effectively progressed.
• Ensure that all paperwork has been processed at the correct time including daily report sheets.
• Be Health and Safety conscious and maintain responsibility around your working environment, other employees, customers and members of the public.
• Advise manager of marketing information, including competitors' activities and pricing

Requirements

• 1-2 years proven sales experience in construction or a similar industry
• Able to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI's
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to negotiateUsing your own initiative
• Excellent organisational skills
