Internal Sales Hygiene & Cleaning Representative

INTERNAL SALES - HYGIENE & CLEANING - Inverness

We are looking for a proactive Internal Sales Executive to join our client's Team. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing orders, and promoting their product range. A background in hospitality or facilities management is preferred to understand client needs and deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities:-

• Handle inbound enquiries and manage customer accounts.
• Process orders accurately and provide product advice.
• Proactively promote hygiene and cleaning solutions to new and existing clients.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Work closely with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:-

• Previous internal sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of hygiene and cleaning products; hospitality background preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment.

This is a permanent post, based in Inverness City Centre. Hours will be full time Monday to Friday.
