About Your New Job

• Follow up on leads and quotations, make outbound calls to build customer relationships and drive sales, support Area Sales Managers with information and reports, and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Handle inbound calls, respond to enquiries, provide quotes, process and update orders, resolve delivery or stock issues, and ensure a professional, positive customer experience.
• Input orders, generate picking lists and delivery notes, run daily invoicing, process payments, update prices or discounts, and coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to manage stock and deliveries-all in one streamlined process.
• Purchase stock, manage supplier relationships, update customer prices and discounts, and process card payments.

What Skills You Need

• You will need 2-3 years of sales experience, a minimum of 1 within the construction sector.
• Experience of dealing with construction products
• Proven track record of relationship building skills
