Internal Recruiter (Maternity Cover) - Childcare Hiring

Hopscotch Day Nurseries Ltd is seeking an Internal Recruiter (maternity cover) to support all recruitment activities across our growing nurseries. The role focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle, from posting roles to onboarding, while ensuring Safer Recruitment compliance and DBS checks are up to date.

You will assist Nursery Managers with interviews, attend careers fairs, and help shape our recruitment strategy to attract top talent in childcare.
