Job Title: Internal Communications Intern

Job Summary:

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Communications Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in internal communications and content creation. The intern will support the Sr Global Comms Advisor in enhancing our company's brand, engaging stakeholders, and delivering clear, impactful messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting communication campaigns and content creation.
• Support the development of internal communications materials, such as employee announcements and presentations.
• Research industry trends and competitor communications strategies.
• Monitor and report on communication campaign performance.
• Maintain and update communication databases and content calendars.
• Work on special projects to promote the company's purpose and values.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (level C1) with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools.
• Basic research and analytical skills; ability to summarize findings clearly.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Interest in corporate branding, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
• Layout and basic design, and basic video editing skills are a plus.
