A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join its corporate team in Dublin.
This is a high-profile opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded communications professional to shape and deliver internal communications across a large, multi-site and fast-paced business environment.
Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving employee engagement, supporting organisational change and ensuring clear, consistent communication across the wider business.
The role will suit someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands on approach and is comfortable influencing across multiple teams, stakeholders, and business functions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver internal communications strategy aligned to business priorities and organisational goals
- Partner with senior leaders to shape messaging, communications plans and engagement initiatives
- Lead communications activity across change, transformation and business critical projects
- Create clear, engaging and audience focused communications across multiple channels
- Support leadership teams with communication planning and employee engagement initiatives
- Use insight and analytics to continuously improve communication effectiveness
- Build strong relationships across leadership, communications and wider business teams
- Significant experience in internal communications within a large or complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, with confidence operating at senior leadership level
- Proven experience supporting organisational change or transformation initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
- Commercially aware, proactive and delivery focused
- Strong judgement, resilience and ability to operate effectively in fast paced environments
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
