Internal Communications Business Partner

The People Communications and Employer Brand team looks after Internal Communications, Employer Brand and Events. We promote and maintain our reputation as a business, inspire employees through events and experiences, and create engaged brand ambassadors throughout the employee journey.

Key components to the position:

• Work with ExCo members and senior leaders to define and implement communications strategies that improve engagement locally and across the wider business.
• Develop and roll out local campaigns and content strategies to bring to life our vision, strategy, values and EVP for employees, informing and inspiring them to become active advocates.
• Manage local channels (including intranet, global all-hands, digital signage platforms, etc.) to ensure the right people receive the right information at the right time.
• Act as a trusted partner to local senior leaders (ExCo and SLC) to ensure global and local IC needs are met and deliver on set objectives.
• Create content, source and publish news for global/local channels, and develop communications materials (presentations, videos, etc.) as needed for leaders and stakeholders.
• Use insight to advise local leaders on future message delivery and strategic direction.
• Manage local budgets associated with activities, partnering with the business to achieve the best value.

What will you bring to the team?

• Proven track record in internal communications within a fast paced, international business.
• Ability to lead, coordinate and implement complex projects in a fast paced, international and/or tech focused company.
• Problem solving skills, translating strategy and insights into engaging activities for multiple audiences within tight timelines and budgets.
• Tech savvy with a passion for discovering and implementing new engagement approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with experience advising and influencing people at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management and decision making abilities, with a cool head in a crisis.
• Strong team player with self starting capabilities, able to work in groups or alone to drive results.
