We're hiring an Operational Audit Manager for a global manufacturing powerhouse. You'll join a high-performing Internal Audit team where you'll help assess and improve risk, controls and operations across international markets. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a dynamic, international role-with 30% travel and exposure to senior stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

• Plan and deliver operational audits across global functions
• Use data analytics to spot risks, test controls and identify improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries
• Draft clear, actionable audit findings and recommendations
• Contribute to the evolution of audit methods and tools

What we're looking for:

• Degree + CPA, ACCA or similar; CIA/CISA/CFE a bonus
• 5+ years in audit (Big 4 or internal audit in FMCG a plus)
• Great communication skills and a sharp analytical mindset
• Solid Excel/PowerPoint; SAP or data viz experience is a bonus
• A collaborative, curious attitude with a passion for problem-solving
