Intern Corporate Strategy , 6-12 Months

As a part of the Strategy & Transformation team, you will support the translation of strategic priorities into initiatives with strong focus on execution and value creation. Based on data and analytics you assist achieving growth plans and profitability goals. You will be responsible for project management and tracking, working closely with cross-divisional teams and Mammut's General Management team. The ideal start date for the internship would be January

Do what you love

• Assist in the development andexecution of strategic initiatives
• Conduct market research andanalysis to support decision-making processes

• Prepare presentations andreports for senior management
• Support project managementactivities, including tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery
• Assist the tracking of projectsin the PMO
• Support development andexecution of change management and internal communication initiativestogether with internal stakeholders and across all hierarchy levels

• Completed or almostfinished studies (Bachelor/Master) in Business / Economics orsimilar studies
• First workingexperience ideally in project management, consulting or businesstransformation
• Strongmanagement and planning skills
• Hands-on & self-motivatingpersonality with a strong analytical capability & data-driven mindset
• Excellentcommunication & presentation skills
• Strong knowledge in MS-Office(Word, Power Point, Teams etc.) - Asana, Power BI and Atlassian are aplus
• Advanced Excel and analyticalskills, with proficiency in integrating large data sets from multiplesources to drive informed business decisions
• Fluent in English, Germanis desirable
• A strong team player withpassion for the mountains and outdoor sports in general
