Senior Legal Counsel - Technology & Commercial Operations

We're looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic and practical legal support across technology and commercial operations. You'll handle complex agreements, commercial negotiations, and risk management, enabling business teams to operate with confidence.

Hybrid working: London (3 days in office, 2 from home).

Must be immediately available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead drafting and negotiation of complex technology and operational agreements.
• Provide proactive legal advice to senior stakeholders on commercial and operational risks.
• Manage compliance, BAU operational queries, and contentious matters.
• Mentor junior legal colleagues and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years PQE in corporate/commercial law, ideally within Tech, Media, or Telecoms.
• Strong experience in technology contracts (software licensing, platforms, infrastructure).
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to explain legal concepts clearly.
• Solid understanding of data privacy regulations and operational compliance.
• Qualified solicitor with strong drafting, negotiation, and risk management skills.
