Interim Financial Accountant - Exeter 6 months

A proactive and experienced Financial Accountant is required on an interim basis by a large organisation in Exeter, to start as soon as possible. It is anticipated the role will be for a period of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting
• Statutory Reporting
• Treasury Management
• Charity Accounts
• Capital Planning and Accounting
• AP and AR
• Liaising with external agencies
• Driving efficiencies and improvements
• Liaising effectively with senior management team

Qualifications & Experience

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualified or qualified by experience
• Experience of working within a large complex organisation - preferably public sector
• Effective Team Management skills
• Excellent communication both verbal and written
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills
