Interim SENDCo

?We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Interim SENDCo to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Skegness on a short-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled SEND professional to make an immediate impact, supporting pupils with additional needs and strengthening inclusive practice across the school.

The Role

As Interim SENDCo, you will:

• Lead and manage SEND provision across the school
• Ensure full compliance with the SEND Code of Practice
• Oversee EHCP processes, annual reviews and statutory documentation
• Work closely with staff, parents, governors and external agencies
• Provide guidance and support to teachers to ensure high-quality inclusive teaching
• Monitor and track progress of pupils with SEND
• Contribute to strategic development of SEND provision

This role is available for an immediate start (or as soon as possible) and is ideal for an experienced SENDCo who can step in confidently and provide strong leadership during a transitional period. The school are flexible on the number of days.
