Interim Salesforce Agent Force Specialist (LATAM, Remote)

We are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Agent Force Specialist to join an international project team on a freelance basis. This is a remote opportunity for professionals located in LATAM, supporting core business needs in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as subject matter expert for the Agent Force platform

• Configure and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

• Collaborate with technical and functional teams

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements

• Deliver training and documentation where needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months hands-on experience with Agent Force

• Strong technical and functional understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Proven experience with Salesforce configuration and customization

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

• Based in LATAM and available during LATAM working hours

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.)

• Familiarity with APIs and integrations

• Experience working in Agile teams
