Interim Reward Specialist

We're looking for an experienced interim Reward Specialist to join a fast-paced global payments business on an interim basis for approximately six months. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering key reward projects during a busy preiod of high demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct role evaluations and salary reviews
• Define compensation ranges and support pay benchmarking
• Audit benefits across multiple regions
• Oversee an equity platform transition
• Drive various reward-related initiatives and process improvements

• Operating across 15 countries across US/EMEA/APAC
