Interim Revenues Manager: Lead Tax & Benefits

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Revenues Manager for an interim role with a local authority in Chelmsford. The post leads the Revenues Services team, overseeing Council Tax, Business Rates and sundry debts, with responsibility for billing, enforcement, and compliance with current legislation.

You'll manage the team, service budget and key supplier contracts, supporting IT systems and driving annual billing, year-end processes, and performance reporting.
