Interim Property & Asset Manager - Multi-Let Transition Lead

Niyaa People is seeking an Interim Property and Asset Manager to join our property team in a role focused on delivering a smooth transition of a multi-tenanted leisure and F&B development from Landlord works to BAU operations. The position is based in Lichfield with a mix of office and home working.

The successful candidate will manage Landlord & Tenant matters, coordinate with managing agents and stakeholders, and ensure health and safety compliance during tenant fit-out periods.
