Interim People & Talent Partner - Recruitment & Payroll

The Institute of Physics (IOP) is seeking an Interim People & Talent Partner to support a secondment period until May 2027. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, payroll oversight, and HR advisory duties to help the organisation deliver its strategy while maintaining compliance and a positive employee experience.

You will lead payroll activities, drive recruitment, and advise on employee relations, with a focus on continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
