Description

We're looking for an experienced Interim Marketing Director to join us during a pivotal period of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll take ownership of our global marketing function, leading strategy across our venues, events and social enterprise divisions while ensuring our brand continues to make a meaningful commercial and cultural impact.

This is an opportunity for a confident, hands on marketing leader who can quickly build credibility, inspire teams and deliver results from day one. You'll be as comfortable setting strategic direction as you are rolling up your sleeves to bring campaigns to life.

You'll lead the development and delivery of KERB's marketing strategy across multiple business verticals, ensuring every campaign, channel and initiative supports both our brand ambitions and commercial goals. From driving audience growth across digital platforms and shaping compelling brand storytelling, to overseeing PR, media relations and integrated campaigns, you'll play a vital role in elevating KERB's profile and impact. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll connect strategy with execution, champion data led decision making, and help ensure marketing is embedded at the heart of business planning and growth.

What you'll be doing
  • Leading and evolving KERB's global marketing strategy, aligning activity with ambitious business growth objectives.
  • Championing a distinctive and authentic brand voice that celebrates food culture, community and entrepreneurship.
  • Overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across venues, events and social enterprise programmes.
  • Driving digital growth, engagement and conversion through data led marketing, content and channel strategies.
  • Leading PR and communications activity, helping strengthen KERB's profile across consumer, trade and national media.
  • Managing and developing a talented marketing team, creating a culture of creativity, accountability and collaboration.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure marketing supports wider commercial priorities.
  • Monitoring performance, analysing results and using insights to continuously optimise marketing effectiveness.
What you'll bring to KERB
  • Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
  • A proven ability to develop and deliver high impact marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Strong brand, digital and campaign marketing expertise.
  • Experience balancing commercial objectives with creative excellence.
  • Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence operating at executive level and influencing senior decision making.
  • A hands on, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What you'll get by joining KERB
  • Generous F&B discount across KERB food and drinks
  • 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) + birthday day off
  • Health Cash Plan (Medicash)
  • Personal Wellbeing Allowance (Juno)
  • CODE App Membership
  • Private Medical Insurance (Vitality)
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Cycle To Work scheme
  • Annual season ticket loan
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave after 2 years
  • A London Living Wage and Disability Confident Committed employer
  • A Best Companies accredited employer
