Hays Accountancy & Finance are currently seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to support our client's finance team during a key reporting period.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who can deliver accurate and timely management accounts and provide valuable insights to support business decisions.

Your new role

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

Perform variance analysis and investigate budget discrepancies

Support month-end close and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts

Assist with stock checks and report reconciliation variances

Provide financial data and analysis to support operational teams

Contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

Strong Excel and financial systems skills

Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred

Available immediately or on short notice
