Job Description

Healthcare organisation in the UK seeks an experienced Deputy Head of Clinical Legal Services for an interim 3-6 month assignment. You will support the Head of Clinical Legal Services in day-to-day management of claims and inquest portfolios, advising on consent, capacity, best interests, and patient care issues.

You will manage inquests, represent the organisation in Court hearings as an Interested Person, and guide clinical teams through complex legal matters, investigations, and witness
