Interim Junior DCM Lawyer - London (3 days onsite)

Simmons Adaptive is seeking an interim Junior Debt Capital Markets lawyer to support a key client at Simmons & Simmons. This 6-month assignment requires you to work three days per week in the London office and bring 1-5 years of DCM experience.

You will operate in a fast-moving environment, provide analytical support, and collaborate with the sponsor Partner and client team to deliver high-quality legal work.
